Subdivided

Subdivided (Maps) is one of the multiple parameter services available from the Title Services menu. The user can open an order or submit an investigative search for the Subdivided service.

Select the T) Subdivided option from the services menu to display its search parameters.

The search parameters located in the Subdivided Main Parameters Panel include the following fields and button.

Field

Entry Instructions

Lot

Type the alphanumeric lot designation. When a lot range is entered, this field serves as the low lot field (see the Thru field description). An entry in this field is optional when requesting an all-block or all-subdivision search.

Thru

Type the highest lot designator for the lot range to be searched. An entry in this field is optional

Block

Type the alphanumeric designator. An entry is required in this field only when a Block has been specified in the legal description. See the Plat List if necessary.

Book

Type the plat book designator. This may be referred to as the Book, Volume, or the Tract designator.

Page

Type the page designator. This may be replaced with Tract ID. 

Sub Lot

Type the lowest designator of the sub lot range to be searched, for example, condominium unit number, if any.

Thru

Type the highest designator of the sub lot range to be searched, for example, condominium unit number, if any.

Year

Type the Year designator.

Instrument

Type the Instrument designator.

Subdivision Name

Type the Subdivision Name, if available. This field can only be used for viewing the Plat. The user will receive an error if an attempt is made to submit a search with the Subdivision Name.

Click the View Plat button to generate a plat list to assist the validation of the plat to be searched. Required fields: Book/Page, Year/Instrument, or Subdivision Name. The plat list can be either alphabetical or numerical, depending on what was entered in the required fields.
