The DTS 2.0 Order Panel is used to open orders for some available services. The order parameters are identical and always appear at the top of the service search screen. You can open an order for all the multiple parameter services, these are the services that are displayed in bold font in the Services Panel.
This panel collects order information that is associated with specific Title, Tax Search and Judgment Parameters. The presence of order information will affect search options.
This panel only appears on services that can be associated with an order number, except for the Batch Imaging Service in which the Order Panel is used to identify your printouts only and not open an Order. Services you can open Orders from include some Title, Tax, Judgment and Number Services. The Order Panel will be hidden when you do not have security permission to open an order.
The order parameters include the following fields and a dropdown.

Order |
Enter the order number. This field accommodates up to fifteen (15) alphanumeric characters. This field is required to open an order. |

Title Officer |
Enter the Title Officer's alphanumeric code, as designated by your title company. This field accommodates up to fifteen (15) alphanumeric characters and does not have to be used for the Title Officer's code. This field is optional and is not required to open an order. |

Comment |
Enter any relevant information about this order. This field accommodates up to fifteen (15) alphanumeric characters. This field is optional and is not required to open an order. |

Keep Open Beyond (###) Days |
Select the check box to keep the order open beyond the default (###) number of days set in security. The order will then remain open until it is manually closed through order maintenance. If the check box is unchecked, the order will automatically be closed after the default number of days set in security. NOTE: Depending on the security settings, this option may not appear on the screen if the Manually Closed feature is already selected or if the Automatically Closed feature is set to zero days. |
