The Arb (arbitrary number) service is a multiple parameter service available from the Title Services menu. The user can open an order or submit an investigative search for the Arb service.
Select the B) Arbs option from the services menu to display the its search parameters. Any error messages associated with entering an incorrect Arb number will display as "No Plant Data Found Satisfying Parameters" on the Investigative Search Results screen.

Enter the arbitrary number or, if used, the parcel number. The format and number of characters vary from county to county. Some counties may have multiple fields as this number allows for the county's own numbering system. All recordings and court filings that match the Arb number and the search criteria exactly will be retrieved for search output.

Thru |
A "Thru" parcel number can be used to define an Arb range for retrieval. The retrieval processing will perform as if the user had input each Arb in the parcel range as an individual search parameter. The "Thru" parcel number may include an alphabetic suffix. |
