To customize a print request, select Print
from the File Menu or use Shift+F5 to invoke the Print Dialog box.

Description |
No Reports |
No reports will be printed if this radio button is selected in the Print dialog box. This option defaults to selected in the following scenarios:
a) None of the retrieved reports selected either in the History Panel or Court Detail Panel, and b) One
or more images are selected in the Images Panel. |
Report Group |
Report Group prints all the reports generated under a multi-service search. This option defaults to selected in the following scenarios:
a) None of the retrieved reports is selected either in the History Panel or Court Detail Panel, and b) No retrieved images are selected in the Images Panel.

images are retrieved in the Images Panel |
Current Report Item |
Prints the current highlighted report either in History or Court Detail Panels. This option has to be selected manually. |
Selected Reports |
Prints all the reports that are selected in the History, and Court Detail Panels. This option defaults to select only when one or more retrieved reports are selected in the History or Court Detail Panels. |
No Images |
No images will be printed if this radio button is selected in the print dialog box. This option defaults to selected in the following scenario:
a) One or more reports is selected in the History Panel or Court Detail Panel, and b) No
retrieved images are selected in the Images Panel. |
All Images |
Prints all the images retrieved in the Images Panel. This option defaults to selected in the following scenario:
a) No retrieved reports are selected and b) No retrieved images are selected |
Selected Images |
Prints all the images that are selected in the Images Panel. This option defaults to select when one or more retrieved images are selected in the Images Panel. |
Current Image |
Prints the current document image being viewed in the application window. This option is enabled only when the Print dialog box is invoked from Current Image Page. Selecting this radio button
enables the "All" and "Pages" radio buttons. |
Current Image Page |
Prints
the currently viewed image page in the result image page. This
option is enabled for selection only if Print dialog box is invoked
from Current Image Page. Selecting this radio button enables the "Portion
of Current Page (Zoom)" check box. |
Printer Options |
This
panel allows you to select a different printer from within the
DTS 2.0 application. By
default the "Use Default Printer" radio button
is selected. Select "
Select Printer" radio button to specify a different printer.
You can choose the printer name from the Name field drop-down
list. |
Portion
of Current |
Prints the portion of a zoomed image that is visible in the image viewing window. This check box is only enabled when the "Current Image Page" radio button is selected. |
All |
All pages of the selected image will be printed. This button is enabled only if the "Current Image" radio button is selected. |
Pages |
This option allows you to specify the page numbers that are to be printed. This button is enabled only if the "Current Image" button is selected. |
Show Header |
This option will print the Registered User's Branch, User ID, Station ID and any Comment entered at the top of every printed page. |
Override Page limit |
Select this option to override the page limit already set in Security. |
Image Summary List |
Select this option to print the Image Summary List along with the printed document images. The Images Summary List will include the following items display the cover the display below items:

Comment |
You can type up to fifteen (15) characters that will appear at the top of each printed page. |
Show Footer |
Once this option is selected, the following information will be displayed in the footer of each printed page:

Show Annotation |
Select this option to display the Annotations made to the Images in the Images Panel. |
Note: If the Images Panel does not contain any images, the Image Options in the Print Dialog box will be disabled.
