Print using Context menu options

You can print reports and images using the context menu options. The context menu is invoked with a right-click on the panel items displayed in the History, Court Detail and Images Panels. The options displayed in the context menu vary according to the panel on which the context menu is invoked.

Context menu options in History Panel

Right-click on any retrieved report in the History Panel to display the below context menu options:

The below table describes the context menu options:

Name	Description
Print Report	Prints the report that is in focus when the context menu is invoked.
Print All Selected Items	Prints all the items that are selected in the History, Court Detail and Images Panels.
Uncheck All Selected Items	Deselects all the selected items in the History, Court Detail and Images Panels.
Delete Report and Images	Deletes the report that is in focus along with the retrieved associated document images in the Images Panel.
Delete All Reports and Images	Deletes all the panel entries created in History Panel along with the retrieved associated document images in the Images Panel.

Right-click on any retrieved court report in the Court Detail Panel to display the below context menu options:

Name	Description
Print Report	Prints the Court report that is in focus when the context menu is invoked.
Print All Selected Items	Prints all the items that are selected in the History, Court Detail and Images Panels.
Uncheck All Selected Items	Deselects all the selected items in the History, Court Detail and Images Panels.
Delete Report and Images	Deletes the Court Detail report that is in focus and retrieved associated Court images when the context menu is invoked.

Context menu options in Image Panel

Right-click on any images in the Images Panel to display the below context menu options:

The below table describes the context menu options:

Name	Description
Image Discrepancy	The Image Discrepancy is a process through which you can report missing images or retrieved images that are miss-indexed, missing page(s), or of poor quality.
Print Image	Prints the image that is in focus when the context menu is invoked.
Print All Images	Prints all images that are displayed in the Image Panel.
Print All Selected Items	Prints all the items that are selected in the History, Court Detail and Images Panels.
Uncheck All Selected Items	Deselects all the selected items in the History, Court Detail and Images Panels.
Delete All Reports and Images	Deletes all the panel entries created in History Panel along with the retrieved associated images in the Images Panel.
