Print using F5 Function key

The F5 is a dynamic function key and the print results differ depending on various scenarios as outlined below

F5 Print from Results Screen

The following are the various scenarios where F5 works differently when invoked from a results screen:

	Scenario	What F5 will do
1	When one or more Panel items are selected	F5 will print all the selected Panel items.
2	When no Panel items are selected and the focus is in History or Images Panel	F5 will print the Report Group and associated Images for the highlighted (active) report/image item
3	When no Panel items are selected and the focus is in Court Detail Panel	F5 will print the current Court report and associated retrieved images for the highlighted (active) report item

The following are the various scenarios where F5 works differently when invoked from an input screen:

	Scenario	What F5 will do
1	when one or more Panel items are selected and parameters are entered in the input screen	F5 will print both the selected Panel items and Batch Print Input Parameters.
2	When no Panel items are selected and parameters are entered in the input screen	F5 will print the Batch Print Input Parameters.
3	When one or more Panel items are selected and no parameters are in the input screen	F5 will print only the selected Panel items.
4	When no Panel items are selected and no parameters are entered in the input screen	F5 will not print anything. Note: An error will be displayed in the Search List.

The following are the various scenarios where F5 works when invoked from a Teletitle Tax Index/California SOS Index:

	Scenario	What F5 will do
1	When no Panel items are selected and you are viewing the Teletitle Tax Index / California SOS Index	F5 will print the Teletitle Index or California SOS Index
2	When one or more Panel items is selected and you are viewing the Teletitle Tax / California SOS Index	F5 will print all the selected Panel items

The following are the various scenarios where F5 works when invoked from an ATS Tax Index/Completed Searches/Plat Index or Order Index:

	Scenario	What F5 will do
1	When one or more Panel items are selected and you are viewing the ATS Tax Index, Completed Searches, Plat Index or Order Index	F5 will print all the selected Panel items
