Select the Title By APN option from the San Diego County Title Services panel or key CTRL+A to open the Title By APN panel.
Title By APN Search
Book-type the Assessor's Book number (required field).
Page-type the Assessor's Page number.
Parcel-type the Assessor's Parcel number.
Undivided Interest-type the UI number (number that identifies the specific portion of the Undivided Interest in the property). For example, 30 for 30%, 50 for 50%, and so on.
