The Subdivided service for Hawaii contains four search services: File Plan, Condominiums, Land Court File Plan, and Land Court Condominiums.
To open the Subdivided service select the Subdivided option from the Hawaii Title Services panel or key CTRL+T to open the Subdivided panel. The default service for Subdivided in the state of Hawaii is File Plan.
Subdivided Options
Lot-type the alpha/numeric Lot designator. When entering a lot range search, this field acts as the low lot field number. An entry in this field is not required when you are requesting an all block or all tract search.
Thru Lot-type the alpha/numeric Thru designator. When entering a lot range search, this is the highest lot number of the lot range to be searched.
Block-type the alpha/numeric Block designator. An entry in this field is required only when a block has been specified in the legal description.
Plan-type the alpha/numeric Plan designator.
View Plat-click this button to generate a plat list to assist with the validation (identification) of the plat to be searched.
Portion Legal-type the portion (part legal) alpha/numeric designator for the property. In some counties this field is used as a filter/limiter and in other counties it is used as an information only field that is returned from a search.

File Plan-select this to enter a File Plan search, for details refer to the File Plan Help page.
Condominiums-select this to enter a Condominiums search, for details refer to the Condominiums Help page.
Land Court File Plan-select this to enter a Land Court File Plan search, or details refer to the Land Court File Plan Help page.
Land Court Condominium-select this to enter a Land Court Condominium search, or details refer to the Land Court Condominiums Help page.
