Property Taxes

Property Taxes is a Multiple Parameter service available from the Tax Services panel. Select the Property Taxes option from the Services menu or key ALT+X to display the search parameters.

Property Taxes provides tax information on a specific parcel of land. You can use only one of the following search groupings in the Property Taxes input screen:

If you enter information in more than one of these groupings, the system displays an error message and does not allow the search.

You can open an order or submit an investigative search for the Property Taxes service. Any error messages associated with a subdivided search parameter will appear in the list area of the Search Parameters panel.

The Property Taxes search parameters vary from county to county. For details about your county parameters, refer to DTS 2.0 TeleTitle Counties/DTS 2.0 TeleTitle County Specifics/<Your County>/Tax Services/Property Taxes.
