To open the Land Court Condominium service, first select the Subdivided option from the Hawaii Title Services panel or key CTRL+T to open the Subdivided panel.
From the Service Type drop-down menu select Land Court Condominium to bring up the Land Court Condominium panel.
Land Court Condominium Search
Unit-type the alpha/numeric Unit designator. When entering a condominium range search, this field acts as the low unit field number.
Thru Unit-type the Thru alpha/numeric designator. When entering a condominium range search, this is the highest unit number of the unit range to be searched.
Building-type the alpha/numeric Building designator.
Map-type the alpha/numeric Map designator (required field).
View Plat-click this button to generate a plat list to assist with the validation (identification) of the plat to be searched.
Portion Legal-type the alpha/numeric Portion Legal (part legal) designator for the property.

Instruments preceded by "L" are Land Court documents. Instruments preceded by "C" are Land Court orders.
