Select the Arbs option from the San Mateo County Title Services panel or key CTRL+B to open the following Arbs panel.
Arbs Search
The Arb number is the arbitrary number assigned to properties in San Mateo county by the Joint Plant. These Arb numbers are also referred to as Jpn's.
Book-type the Joint Plant Book number (required field).
Page-type the Joint Plant Page number (required field).
Block-type the Joint Plant numeric block designator. An entry in this field is not required when the block is zero.
Parcel-type the Joint Plant numeric Parcel designator. When entering a parcel range search, this field acts as the low parcel field number.
Thru-type the Joint Plant numeric Thru parcel designator. When entering a parcel range search, this is the highest parcel number of the parcel range to be searched.
