Select the Arbs option from the Orange County Title Services panel or key CTRL+B to open the following Arbs panel.
Arbs Search
Book-type the Assessor's Map Book alpha/numeric designator (required field).
Page-type the Assessor's Page number.
Parcel-type the Assessor's Parcel number.
Thru Parcel-type the Thru Parcel number. When entering a parcel range search, this is the highest parcel number of the parcel range to be searched.
Arb
Type-select either G
(First American only) or A
(all others) from the drop-down menu.
The Arb number is the Assessor Parcel Number (APN) from the annual Tax Roll. The Arbed properties are all Rancho, Section and Subdivision portion property descriptions.
