Case is a single parameter service available from the Title Services menu. Select the 1) Case option from the services menu to display its search parameters. The user can only submit an investigative search for the Case service. An order cannot be opened with the service.
Case service is used for retrieving a specific case record filed in associated to party names or legal descriptions.
The search parameters include the following field:

If the recorded document being searched was filed as a case number, enter the case number. The case number can be up to eighteen alphanumeric digits in length.
Case number formats are different from county to county.

After entering the required information, click Submit to process the search.
