Batch Imaging is a single parameter service available from the Miscellaneous Services Menu. Select the H) Batch Imaging Option from the Services Menu to display its search parameters. The user can only submit an Investigative Search for the Batch Imaging Service. An order cannot be opened with the service.
Unlike other single parameter services, when the Batch Imaging Search Screen is accessed, the order panel is displayed. The information that is entered in the order panel will display on the cover sheet when the image is printed. This information will not allow the user to open an order, but will allow the user to keep track of their image(s) printed using the cover page.
Batch Imaging Service allows users to request images of any available imaging service from the dropdown menu. The availability of this service and the imaging services depends on the county the user is logged onto.
