Requested images will be displayed in the Images Section, depending upon the county and document type there are two different headings for the images.

The first line of the image display will show the:
Date: - This is the date that the document was recorded at the county recorder's office.
Doc Type: - This is the Document/Instrument Type found in the Document Types in county specifics.
Inst No: - This is the number assigned by the county recorder.
Party1: - This is the first legal name listed in the search report.
Party2: - This is the second legal name listed in the search report.
NOTE: The Party1 and Party2 Field information will vary from county to county depending upon how the information is given to DataTree. The Header Field information for Party1 and Party2 may not match the actual document.
The search results for images defaults to the percentage that fits your screen size and resolution. Image displays can be enlarged or reduced by clicking on the corresponding tool buttons.
Saving of annotations will automatically happen as/and when the user performs some annotations and then moves to the next page or performs any other action. When printing an image document, the image will print the way it is displayed with or without annotations.
