Image Discrepancy

The Image Discrepancy is a process which allows you to report missing images or retrieved images that are miss-indexed, missing page, or poor quality.  This will improve error and discrepancy image handling and will allow the issue to be resolved in a timely manner.

 

Note: Currently this feature is only available if Data Tree is the image provider.

 

From the Image Panel, right click on the image with the discrepancy.  Select Image Discrepancy for the menu.  The Image Discrepancy Form will display.

Image Discrepancy Fields

Complete the fields that are not populated with default information.

 

Field Names
 

Field Description

Account Number

The Data Tree Account Number. Default value entered from security settings.

State

The State from which the image was requested. Default value entered from submitted parameters.

County

The County from which the image was requested. Default value entered from submitted parameters.

Doc Type

The document reference. Default value entered from submitted parameters.  Example: CER DEA

Description

The Instrument Number. Default value entered from submitted parameters. Example: 1800.1 No

Status

The Data Tree Response. Either "Not Online"= Not Available or "On Line"= Available

If the Status is "NOT ONLINE" you can submit a request for the missing document through this report.

Copy of document not required

Checkbox -  Default is Unchecked (will not receive a copy)

If you wish to receive a copy of the Discrepancy Image, check this box.

Discrepancy Type

Select a Discrepancy Type from the drop down options menu.  Note: This option is only available when the STATUS is "ONLINE". Menu options: Miss-Indexed, Missing Page(s), and  Poor Quality. This is a Required Field.

Company Name

Name of Company Reporting Image Discrepancy.

Contact Name

Name of the person to contact in regards to the Image Discrepancy.

Phone Number / Ext

Main Contact's phone number (format: xxx-xxx-xxxx )

Main Contact Telephone Extension number (if applicable).

 

Fax Number

Fax number where image should be sent. This Field is required, if "Fax"  radio button is selected as the primary source of contact.

Email Address

Email address where image should be sent. This Field is required if "Email" option is selected as the primary source of contact.

Contact Via:  Email or Fax

Selecting one of these options will confirm the method the contact person would like the discrepancy image to be sent.

Comment Text

Empty area which customer contact would describe the image problem in more detail and any other information regarding the image discrepancy.
