Shortcut Keys

Across the top of the keyboard are twelve function keys labeled F1 through F12.  These function keys are for global application functionality and enable you to quickly access features.  Many function keys duplicate pull-down menu functions.  After you become familiar with the application operation, function keys will provide you with a rapid means of selecting menu items.

NOTE:  On some keyboards, the function keys are located at the far left or you may have two (2) rows of function keys F1 through F24.
