Fallout is a single parameter service available from the Miscellaneous Services menu. Select the F) Fallout option from the services menu to display its search parameters. The user can only submit an investigative search for the Fallout Instrument service. An order cannot be opened with the service.
Fallout service allows the user to print daily reports listing any recordings and court filings added to the plant during the previous update cycle that may affect order search parameters flagged for Fallout. The plant update cycle will vary from county to county.
Type only the specific information for the Fallout needed. For example, when a Title Officer is specified and the Order field is blank, Fallout will be generated for all orders with that particular Title Officer. When both text boxes are left blank, Fallout will be generated for all of your company's orders.
Fallout Settings
The services that are searched in each Fallout are determined by settings located in the Global Services --> Global Options Service. This service is available from the Application Toolbar item "Profile" and menu item "User Profile."
The "Datedown, Fallout and Order History" group Panel contains the "Hotkey". This means that the Datedown, Fallout and Order History has Title and Tax options and combinations of searches to be performed during the Fallout Search. These values come to the client from the mainframe and are updated on the mainframe when the user clicks the [OK] button.
The modification of the Fallout Options must occur prior to the user selecting the Single Order Fallout Service from the Service Panel.

Type the one to fifteen character alpha/numeric order number to get Fallout for a specific order. To get fallout for all orders, leave this field blank. An entry in this field is optional. |

Type the title officer's unit number or initials. You must use the same code you entered when you opened the order. To get Fallout for all title officers, leave this field blank. An entry in this field is optional. |
After entering the required information, click the Submit Button to process the search.
