Display/Maintain Orders

Display/Maintain Order is a single parameter service available from the Miscellaneous Services menu. Select the O) Display/Maintain Order option from the Services Menu to display its search parameters. You can only submit an investigative search for the Display/Maintain Order Service. An order cannot be opened with the service.

The Order Maintenance Service allows you to modify certain aspects of the orders opened in the DTS 2.0 application. There are a variety of functions that are available through this service. Batch Display and Batch Print are not supported.  Order Maintenance functions are listed below:

•  Display/Maintain Order

•  Close/Cancel Order

The Display/Maintain Order Service in the DTS 2.0 application is a service that allows you to Display, Close, Cancel, and Change Orders. Changing an order includes changing TOF, Comments, and the order retention period.  Order parameter history supports changing generated search parameters: Permit Datedown, Use in Fallout, Create a Starter and qualifiers that go with them such as, All References.

The Browse option allows you to view the Order number, Title Officer, Search Parameter (e.g., General Index, Property, etc.), Description, Open date, and Close date (if applicable).

The search parameters include the following field:

To view a specific order number, enter the desired number. (The system displays orders with order numbers equal to or greater than your entry.)

 

The order number field will accept an order number up to 15 alphanumeric characters. DTS 2.0 will not support global print functionality from this search screen.

After entering the required information, click the Submit image87.gif Button to process the search.
