Network Connectivity Errors

Network Connectivity Errors occur when your computer is not able to connect to the DTS 2.0 application.  This can occur during the following:

- when you are trying to register (the system remains on the registration screen);

- when you are trying to log in (the system remains on the Login Screen);

- immediately after you log in, during default change county (the system remains on the Login Screen);

- when you try to change counties (the system remains at the current screen without changing counties);

- when you perform a search request, view request, an 'add' (saving params) request, image request or any batch request (the system remains on the current screen, regardless of the request).

- when you perform an user profile update.

The following Popup Message will display:

In case an unrecoverable error occurs, the following Popup Message will be displayed:
