History Panel Components

Each entry in the History Panel has the following attributes: Level, Icon, Content and Action.

Component Name

Component Description

County Entries

Every Change County/Company transaction creates a History Panel entry. This entry indicates which county the searches were done in.

Level: One

Icon: Globe

Contents: Contains the state abbreviation, county name, company code, and date (mm/dd/ yyyy).

Action: None

Example:

 OR, BENTON, NVU (09/19/2005) 

Result Set Entries

Searches result in any of the following types of result sets: ORDER, DATEDOWN, INVESTIGATIVE, FALLOUT.

Level: Two

Icon: Folder

Contents: May contain one of the above mentioned results set values, order number, title officer information, and a time stamp.

Action: None

Examples:

 ORDER: ABCD12345 TOF AB (2:38 PM)

  DATEDOWN: ABCD12345 TOF AB (2:39 PM)

 INVESTIGATIVE

 FALLOUT: ABCD12345 TOF AB (2:40 PM)

Report Entries

This entry describes the content of the report resulting from a search and displays an abbreviated description of the parameter entered by the user. A tool tip when hovered over the entry displays more information on the parameters.

Level: Three

Icon: Different icons, based on the report type.

Contents: Contains short description of the entered parameters and a time stamp.

Action: Clicking this entry will take the user to the corresponding parameter heading. Also, hovering over this entry will enable a tool tip that displays a longer version of the entry text.

Examples:

A: 005678 (2:38 PM)

 L1: K:2 V:1 P:1 (2:38 PM)

If images are retrieved from any report entries, an smaller image icon will be added to the original report icon as shown below.

The actual image entry will be displayed in the Images Panel.
