If one of the services (e.g., Arb) is not functioning or the current request has encountered problems, a message will be displayed on the screen asking you to click the link to take you to the Home Page. You can click on and continue working in other services (e.g. Sectional) without any problems.
Examples of errors that could be encountered:
• Tax Product Unavailable: If Tax DB is down they can still do Title search.
• Title Product Unavailable: If Title DB is down they can still do Tax search.
• Error HTTP 500: An application error caused by missing or bad data.
