System Requirements

 

The recommended desktop configuration for the Data Trace customers running DTS 2.0 are:

** Memory and Processor requirements may vary depending on the operating system and/or other applications running simultaneously with DTS 2.0.

*** More disk space may be needed if the user is planning on archiving image files on a local hard drive.

 

Note: Microsoft has ceased technical support for Windows 95 and Windows 98. Users are encouraged to use the more reliable operating systems of Windows 2000 and XP. Data Trace does not certify products for Windows ME but is certified for use with Microsoft Windows Vista Business Edition.

 

System Customization

 

The system is customized according to the company's requirements and specifications. Customized features include automatic insertion of the company name, customized default settings for various input fields, and access to the search options that apply to the county and the company. Contact your assigned Data Trace Representative at the local branch for further information about customizing the Data Trace System application.

 

System Operating Conditions

 

Under normal operating conditions, the system should be turned off nightly. During unusual conditions, for example, electrical storms or high temperatures, the system should be turned off to guard against possible damage. Contact your assigned Data Trace Representative at the local branch regarding any concerns or questions about operating conditions.
