Keyboard Function Keys are typically located across the top of the keyboard and are labeled F1 through F12. These function keys are for global application functionality and enable you to quickly access features. Many function keys duplicate drop-down menu functions. Once familiar with the application operation, function keys will provide you with a rapid means of selecting menu items.
Note: On some keyboards, the function keys are located at the far left or you may have two (2) rows of function keys F1 through F24.
