The following is a list of two-digit alpha character Company Codes used with an SX Record to identify the title company associated with a particular recording. SX Records are currently available only in Imperial, Kern, Orange, Riverside, San Bernardino, San Diego, Santa Barbara, and Ventura Counties. The list provided below applies to all of the counties listed above. SX Records are keyed for stand-alone transfer documents, Leases and Trust Deeds. A record will display as document type SX with the following data elements: 1) the Date; 2) the Trustor or Grantee in the first party field; 3) the title company code as shown below, the title officer code (if available), the order number in the Second Party Field; and 4) the trust deed amount (if applicable/available) in the Remarks field. SX Records may be used for Starter Tagging purposes if a check box is shown next to the SX Record.
