The DTS 2.0 user interface displays the following Miscellaneous Services panel that lists all the services available for Alameda County. These are single parameter search services which means that they are not used in combination with other search services.
The Miscellaneous Services panel for Alameda County includes the following services:
Datedown-this allows you to update an order from the last date searched through the current date. It allows you to bring an order up to date prior to closing escrow and recording applicable documents, by reporting any recordings affecting property or individuals that have been posted to the title database since the title order was opened.
Fallout-these reports are generated by the system to show documents recorded or filed which may affect an open order. Typically these searches are used to print daily reports listing any recordings and court filings added to the plant during the previous update cycle that may affect order search parameters flagged for Fallout.
Batch Imaging-this service allows users to request images of any available imaging service from the drop-down menu. The availability of this service and the imaging services depends on the county the user is logged into.
Completed Searches-this service allows users to restore, review, and reprint results that were generated during, or before, the current session for the entire branch. Any services that generate History Panel entries are available in the Completed Searches service.
Display/Maintain Order-this is a service that allows you to Display, Close, Cancel, and Change Orders.
Close/Cancel Order-allows you to close or cancel as many orders as desired at one time.
Note: Only information specific to this county will be provided in this document. For general information on Miscellaneous Services, refer to the TeleTitle DTS 2.0 Services.
