Select the Batch Imaging option from the Los Angeles County Miscellaneous Services panel or key CTRL+H to open the Batch Images panel.
Batch Imaging Search
Type-select
the document image Type.
Document Page Limit-enter the maximum number of pages for each document(s). The default value is 099. If the document(s) exceed the page limit, the document will download for viewing but will not print.
Copies-type the desired number of Copies per document. The default value is 01.
Document Information-the number of text boxes and their labels change depending on the Type selected. Enter the applicable Type information into the text boxes. In this example, these are the Year and DocID fields.
Through-when entering a document range search, this is the highest document number of the document range to be searched.
