The DTS 2.0 gives a user the ability to obtain detailed court information from Title search results. A user can perform a Case Lookup search from all Case Number postings from the results of either an Investigative or an Order Search for the following Title Services:
Subdivided
Sectional
Arb
Mining Claims
Abstract
GI (General Name)
Grantor/Grantee
True Grantor/Grantee
Case
Select one or more Case Numbers from the Title search results.
In the context menu, select Case Lookup option
Note: The color of the selected Case Number(s) is changed to red.
Select the Case Lookup button in the Application toolbar or use the keystroke Alt+C.
DTS 2.0 will retrieve details of Case or/and Judgement Numbers that are directly associated with the Case Number(s) selected. You can print, export, and email court information and request court document images that are available. An entry is automatically saved in the Court Detail Panel when a Case Lookup is performed.
When a user obtains the court information details from a Title search, it belongs to a specific county of a specific court type. There are three different court types, namely;
Superior
Federal Bankruptcy
Federal District
When a user submits one or more Case Numbers from a Title Search Result, or when a user selects a Title Search Result entry in the History Panel from which one or more case numbers have been previously submitted, DTS 2 will place one or more Court Detail Folder and Parameter Entries into the Court Detail Panel. Also, when more than one case numbers are submitted, the associated Folder Entries will appear in ascending Case File Date sequence.
